1. Email cp@dcblues.org to confirm space is available.
2. After space is confirmed:

• Fill out the Vendor Application and send payment confirmation to cp@dcblues.org
• Pay online or include check with Vendor Application (include payment confirmation to cp@dcblues.org>)

Your booth is NOT confirmed until you have paid AND received booth confirmation from cp@dcblues.org
